We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all BusinessCore paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@founderos.app and we'll help you complete the request.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, paid subscription periods are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing to stop future renewals. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
