Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BusinessCore ("BusinessCore", "we", "us", or "our"), the seller and operator of the BusinessCore service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BusinessCore (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you have the authority to bind your organization (if a business) or are of legal age (if an individual).

2. The Service

BusinessCore is an AI-powered business operating system for small and medium business owners. Features include analytics, AI-generated strategy, marketing automation, and lightweight CRM/finance tracking.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing third-party intellectual property rights, distributing malware, probing or interfering with our security, scraping, and circumventing technical limits or quotas.

5. AI output

AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice. You're responsible for evaluating them before acting. You are responsible for your prompts, your use of any outputs, and for having rights to the content you input. We do not guarantee accuracy or business outcomes and may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

BusinessCore retains all ownership of the Service and its underlying software, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you upload or create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Billing, payments, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns and refunds.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service level

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can delete your account at any time. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
